APPLICATION FOR INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FAIRBANKS FAMILY IN AMERICA, INC.

Individual Membership in the Fairbanks Family in America, Inc. (FFA) is available to individuals interested in supporting the Association and the Fairbanks House Museum.

Membership in the Fairbanks Family in America, Inc. is open to all who care about historic preservation and are interested in helping to conserve the Fairbanks House museum c. 1637, the oldest wood frame structure in North America.

We welcome non-family members as well as descendants of Jonathan and Grace Fairbanks (also known as Fairbank, Fayerbanke, Fairebanke, etc.), spouses and adopted children.

The Fairbanks Family in America (FFA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization organized for the purpose of owning, maintaining, and preserving the Old House, gathering and studying collections related to the Fairbanks Family, and educating our membership and the general public about the history of the house and the family. The Fairbanks House in Dedham, MA is the oldest surviving timber frame house in North America. Built ca. 1637 for Jonathan and Grace Fairbanks, the house was inhabited by eight generations of Fairbanks family members until 1904 when it was purchased by the Association. The House is open for public tours from May through October. The FFA is largely supported by the generosity of our members and patrons.

We offer three (3) levels of Membership to The Fairbanks House.

Below we have ways for you to pay for your membership online as either an automatic yearly renewal through PayPal, or a one time membership you will have to renew yourself every year.

REGULAR - $50.00/year
Annual subscription to the Homestead Courier (by email 4 times/year)
Free admission to regular tours (specialty tours excluded)
10% discount to the souvenir shop

BENEFACTOR - $100.00/year
Annual subscription to the Homestead Courier (by email 4 times/year)
Free admission to regular tours (specialty tours excluded)
10% discount to the souvenir shop, PLUS an additional 10% for the first sixty days of the member year

LIFETIME - $750.00 one time
Please note: Our yearly membership will become $1500.00/year beginning 1/1/26
